Updates & corrections

A clear record of what changed.

A new observation and a correction are different events. This release record identifies which evidence feeds the calculator.

Page updated · Research preview

October 10, 2026 — coverage and explanation correction

About previously described only the original two-platform calculator. It now describes 11 researched platforms and seven interests, with incomplete numerical coverage made explicit. Comparison pages now distinguish included allowances, extras, renewal and cancellation evidence. These editorial corrections do not change historical prices or refresh their observation dates.

October 7, 2026 — new research snapshot

The calculator now uses 50 Chaturbate rooms and 22 Stripchat rooms, with 32 and 13 known rate–minimum pairs respectively. Fourteen token-package quotes were rechecked. Optional membership offers are excluded from token-only estimates.

The new sample changes the $20 result: one Chaturbate room and no Stripchat rooms meet the known minimum. Because the room selections and ranking contexts differ, this is not evidence of a platform-wide price trend.

October 5, 2026 — previous research snapshot

The earlier calculator used 50 Chaturbate rooms and 30 Stripchat rooms, with 21 and 11 known rate–minimum pairs. Those records remain available in the Research Desk archive; they no longer feed the active result.

What a correction should record

For a verified material error, record the affected page and snapshot, the previous statement or value, the corrected value, supporting evidence and the correction date. Recalculate affected results and retain the prior snapshot for traceability.

An ordinary price change observed later belongs in a new snapshot. It does not by itself prove that an earlier observation was wrong.

Information needed to review a possible error

Include the DesireMetric page URL, snapshot date, disputed value, platform source URL and when you observed it. A screenshot of the relevant price or terms can help; remove account details, payment information and private messages.

Send questions and possible corrections to support@desiremetric.com. Include the details above so the affected record can be identified. No response time is promised.
